Key Holding Service

Anglesey Property will retain two sets of keys to your property for the purpose of periodic “best practice” inspections for security and insurance compliance. We are on hand to allow access for repairs, maintenance and improvement works as and when required. We will facilitate access for deliveries and sign for them where necessary. We also retain a dossier on file with vital information about your property to enable swift and relevant attention to any issues arising. We are also there for the simple things like forgetting to put out the refuse or leaving a window open.

  • Keys will be held and marked. Keys will be released to third parties only with the written consent of the owner. Keys will be signed in and out. Only one set of keys will be released at any one time.
  • A secure dossier will be retained containing all the relevant information about your property such as contact numbers, alarm codes, details of all service providers with contact numbers, boiler type and model number, stop cock position etc.
  • Periodic visual inspections will be carried out for insurance compliance and these will be recorded and confirmed via email.
  • Security checks and removal of post from post box or behind doors with a letter box.
  • Extra visual inspections will be carried out following an extreme weather event such as high winds or freezing temperatures.
  • An Emergency Helpline will be available for rapid response eventualities.
  • An annual subscription of £150.00 will be payable for the above services.
