This contemporary beach house nestles in the sand dunes on the waters edge. It would be difficult to imagine a more beautiful location. Rhosneigr is famed for its water sports whether it’s sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking or fishing with tuition available if you are a beginner or looking to refine your technique. But there is so much more and this house is the perfect vantage point to make the most of everything there is to offer. The views from the house are breathtaking and a short walk down the slipway brings you on to a safe sandy beach perfect for games with the kids. There is also an 18 hole golf course,bowling green and tennis court close-by, or you can walk to the village and enjoy the shops (general stores, Gecko, Fat Face, Fun Sport) cafes, bars and restaurants.

The floor to ceiling windows in the main living area provide fabulous views across the decked terrace and duned garden to the Bay and the balcony provides uninterrupted and ever-changing views across the Bay and to the Irish Sea, beyond.

This is a luxury holiday house in every way. It is modern, with open plan kitchen, living and dining area and has been carefully designed and furnished to make it the perfect place for family and friends to get together and enjoy every moment of a seaside holiday. The interior of the house is practical, comfortable and unique, with every modern appliance and the emphasis on quality and distinction.

The kitchen features double oven with microwave, ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, bottle cooler and slate topped island unit with glass bar, and there are twin dishwashers in the adjacent Utility room.
The sitting area has comfy sofas and chairs set around a contemporary flueless gas fire for instant added warmth on chill evenings and the entire ground floor which is slate and limestone has underfloor heating.
A wetroom with large Belfast sink and twin showers leads from the living area through the garage with washing machine and drier, on to the outside deck where in the summer you can enjoy a fresh water shower, BBQ or just sit around the large teak table under a canopy.

The large master ground floor bedroom is ensuite with huge raised tub bath, bidet, wc and basin and access direct on to the deck or secret outside room with external seating and table to catch the morning sun.
Upstairs glazed doors give access to the balcony with outside bean bags for a relaxing G&T at sunset.
There are 2 further double bedrooms both ensuite with showers, the front bedroom having fabulous views west, a further double bedroom, a family bathroom with huge bath, wc and wash basin and a snug with TV and DVD, and Moroccan style cushion seating, all centrally heated via radiators.
For those for whom the size of your carbon footprint is a consideration when choosing your holiday, rest easy, as heating and hot water is supplied by a newly installed air source heat pump and mains electricity is supplemented by an array of roof mounted photo voltaic panels.

Be warned there is no television in the living area to distract you from the view, but a state of the art Bose sound system [ipod, CD and radio] with additional outside speakers.
For those new to Rhosneigr the village is close to RAF Valley, an active air training base (5 days per week) and home of air/sea rescue squadron which provides interest and sometimes noise in similar measures.
